Walking Feet

Whether you’re quilting multiple layers together or sewing slippy or tricky fabrics, a walking foot is a must for every sewing tool kit.

Walking feet get their name because they step with the feed dogs to pull your fabric through from above at the same time as it’s being moved from below. So every stitch you make triggers a perfectly timed movement in the walking foot to match the feed dogs and help your fabric move through. This helps reduce fabrics getting stuck, pulled out of position or stretched and distorted, meaning more precision sewing for you.

Here is where you’ll find all the different fittings of walking feet that we have in stock to fit everything from Brother, Toyota, Elna, Husqvarna Viking, White, and even vintage Singer slant shank machines.
