Blue Fury – Dragons

This fantastical dragon pattern has been designed and produced by In The Beginning Fabrics. With flying dragon silhouettes overlaid on celtic style knots and circlular patterns, it has a mysterious, ancient isle feel to it. The way the circles are laid out gives it an almost steampunk feel but the batik colouring gives it a softer and more magical appeal. The blue and turquoise colourings help give this pattern a more grown up (or teenage) appeal.

In The Beginning Fabrics is a premium cotton fabric brand. The high quality makes this cotton suitable for a range of projects from crafting to quilting. We think that it would be particularly fun to use this cotton to make a dragon dice bag for a dungeons and dragons enthusiast, or a fabulous fantasy-themed frock, a blue boys’ bow tie, or even a mythical messenger styled bag.

This dragon cotton has a width of approximately 110cm (43 inches). You can choose to purchase it at full width by the meter (39 ⅓ inches), half a meter (19 ½ inches), or by the skinny quarter, which is about 25cm (9.8 inches). Multiple quantities or combinations of these cuts will be sent out as a continuous length. We also have a fat quarter size available, measuring approximately 55cm x 50cm (21 ½ x 19 ½ inches).
