Outer Reaches

The star of our space fabrics is this fun children’s cotton. “Outer Reaches” has been produced by Michael Miller Fabrics. It features stripes that run continuously along the length of the fabric, alternating astronauts with their space buggies and satelittes, planets, and a star filled galaxt.

This space-patterned cotton is perfect for a whole range of projects from quilting to crafting. We think that it would be particularly fun to make a boy’s space shirt, or an astronaut applique covered quilt, or maybe even a planet filled pencil case.

“Outer Reaches” is approximately 110cm (43 inches) wide and is available by the meter (39 ⅓ inches) or half a meter (19 ½ inches). If you require a continuous length, just add multiple quantities to your cart before checking out and we’ll send it all as one piece. For smaller projects, a fat quarter measuring about 55cm x 50cm (21 ½ x 19 ½ inches) is also available.
