Puppies For Sale

This delightfully doggy cotton from Northcott has been designed by Jim Killen. “Puppies For Sale” is a heartwarmingly joyous pattern full of sunshine and fun as labrador puppies play contentedly together in a field of golden hay.

The labrador puppies have been created in a realistic style, in a range of colours from classic black to rich chocolate, warm yellow and beautifully beige.  Each one has their own personalities shining through as some mischievous pooches have stolen boots to chew, while others pull laces out of shoes. Tails wafting in the air on these cheeky pups like the dogs are having the time of their lives, while others take a rest before playing some more. A little black pup sneaks through them with a soft toy in its mouth, while some sit attentively, ears perked and eyes bright, looking straight out of the fabric as if eagerly awaiting a game of fetch with you. The addition of colourful collars on some of the puppies in bright cheery reds and blues, adds a playful touch that adds some lovely contrast against the neutral tones of the soft fluffy dog coats and the warm yellow hay. As an extra surprise, a couple of ducks can be spotted meandering through the scene, perhaps curious about the commotion caused by their four-legged friends.

This animal pattern measures approximately 110cm (43 inches) in width, “Puppies for Sale” is available for purchase in meter, half-meter or 25cm (skinny quarter) increments. Any multiple quantities or combinations of these will be sent as a continuous length. We also have a fat quarter option, measuring around 55cm x 50cm (21 ½ x 19 ½ inches).
