Pink Vines (Food Safe)
£4.59 – £13.75
This leafy Polyurethane Laminate Fabric (also known as PUL fabric) feels like a serene summer garden with its waterfall of delicate pink vines on this gentle pattern.
In a soothing pastel salmon pink hue, the vines all drape elegantly across the fabric’s surface together in the same direction. The gentle colouring of the foliage and simplicity of the design stand out easily against the crisp white background, adding a feel of elegance to this cheerful pattern.
Being a polyurethane laminate (PUL) fabric, it is a waterproof material. It is soft, lightweight, breathable and has a slight stretch to it. This makes it ideal for a wide range of sewing projects such as washable sanitary/continence/nappy items or clothing like rainproof hiking trousers or coats, baby change mats, bags and much more.
With its food-safe certification, this means that the fabric has been tested to meet rigorous safety standards for contact with food. This also opens up a whole extra range of sewing projects like reusable food snack bags, lunch bags, food storage sacks and reusable food wraps. It is recommended not to use this fabric directly with hot food/with the oven, microwave or similar as the heat may cause damage to the fabric.
Measuring approximately 150cm (59 inches) in width, this pink vine PUL fabric is available by the metre or half metre. Multiple quantities will be sent as a continuous fabric piece. If you only need a smaller amount, we also have a fat quarter size which is approximately 50cm x 50cm (19 ½ x 19 ½ inches).
To maintain the vibrancy of the colours and increase the lifespan of this fabric, we recommend washing it at 30°C or below. Please note that PUL fabrics may have a wide selvedge. The lamination might not cover the entire selvedge edge or may overlap it. This does not affect the usable width of the fabric.
