This flower fabric is a polyurethane laminate fabric, also known as waterproof PUL fabric. It is lightweight, breathable and flexible, and it offers a subtle stretch, which makes it perfect for a whole host of projects. The gentle blooms on this fabric make it a delightful choice for projects that capture the essence of peaceful picnics under the cherry blossom trees, or quiet moments of reflection in a zen garden.

Consisting of a thin polyester knit with a waterproof polyurethane layer bonded to the back, this fabric is versatile and well-suited for crafting items like bags, cloth nappies, reusable sanitary pads, baby changing mats, and other washable sanitary items, as well as waterproof clothing and much more.

While PUL fabric is commonly considered machine washable up to 50°c, we advise washing it at 30°c or less to prolong the fabric’s durability and the vibrancy of its dreamy hues. This PUL fabric is available in fat quarters, half-metres, and by the metre. When purchasing by the half metre or metre, the fabric width is approximately 145cm, about 57 inches. Some PUL fabric has a wide selvedge which is not always laminated right up to the edge, but rest assured, this does not affect the usable width. If you need a smaller amount, then our fat quarter size is approximately 45cm x 50cm, or about 18 ¾ x 19 ½ inches.
