Elastic Ribbon (Fold over elastic) – Flower Power Spring

Description

Elastic ribbon is also known as fold over elastic (which is often abbreviated to FOE). It is a gentle elastic, which is often used for making headbands, as shoulder straps or a sewn-in waistband for dresses. It can however be folded easily down the centre to use the stretch ribbon as elastic bias binding.

Elastic ribbon width is 16mm (5/8″)
