Description
This sewing machine foot has a guide ¼ inch (approximately 0.6cm) away from the needle. By butting the edge of the fabric against the guide as you sew, this is a particularly useful sewing machine foot for helping to create seams that are exactly ¼ inch away from the cut edge of the fabric. The clear plastic base also improves the visibility of the stitching area. Such precision sewing is especially helpful which piecing together quilts, but it is also extremely helpful to those who want help improving how straight their stitching line is for a more professional finish.
