Description
This foot is designed for use with Pfaff sewing machines.
This sewing machine foot is known as either an edge joining foot or a stitch in the ditch foot. To use this foot for joining fabric edges, you can push 2 fabric edges up against the central guide. By sewing a zigzag stitch or similar, you can join the fabrics with a flat seam. This technique works best with non-fraying materials. The central guide bar can also be used to make sure the needle follows a line exactly by sewing in a central needle position. This technique is often used in quilting by sewing directly over a previous line of sewing. This is called stitching in the ditch.
This foot is IDT (Integrated Dual Feeder Technology) compatible.
