This snap-on foot is designed for use with Pfaff sewing machines.
The join and fold sewing machine foot has 2 guides to feed fabric into. The top guide is a hemming foot which helps you to turn the edge of the fabric into a folded hem. Underneath is a guide that allows you to feed a second fabric to join onto your hem at the same time. This is especially useful for getting a perfect join of lace at the bottom of your hem or similar trims.
The 2 guides can also be used separately for creating folded hems, or for top-stitching.
